Commercial Plumbing for Auto Body Reception Area in Grafton MA

We completed a recent job for a local auto shop who reached out about adding a reception area and break room to their auto body business! We were excited to hit the ground running on this new project.

We checked out the space for a handicap-accessible (ADA-compliant) bathroom with a floor drain, as well as a mop sink on the exterior side for miscellaneous use. The project also includes removing and demoing the existing well tank and suspended hot water heater.

These photos show the underground work for the toilet, floor drain, lavatory sink, and mop sink. It features a 3-inch sanitary waste line that Ys off to pick up a soon-to-be individually vented mop sink, with another Y connection to wet vent the toilet, lavatory sink, and floor drain. A trap primer line was also installed from the floor drain to the nearest wall, ready to be connected during the upper rough phase.
